Amahi Ukulele One-Year Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing an Amahi Ukulele! We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our instruments. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please review the following warranty policy for Amahi Ukuleles:
Coverage
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- It covers defects that affect the playability or functionality of the instrument.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and finish wear, are not covered.
- Damage resulting from extreme temperatures, humidity, or exposure to moisture is not covered.
- Strings, tuners, and other accessories are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Process
- To make a warranty claim, please contact the authorized Amahi retailer where you purchased the ukulele. If not available, contact Amahi directly.
- Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the retailer’s information.
- Amahi or the authorized retailer will assess the instrument and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- If the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, Amahi or the authorized retailer will repair or replace the ukulele at their discretion.
- Any shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the owner.
Limitations
The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty for Amahi Ukuleles and supersedes any
other warranties, expressed or implied.
Amahi and its authorized retailers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising
from the use or inability to use the ukulele, including any damages to other property.
Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
