If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact Amahi to return it for a refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Typical cost of return is $15.00 for instruments and accessories. This of course will be at no charge if it is due to faulty workmanship or shipper error.
All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. (if applicable).
Returned items not adhering to this policy may be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
Receipt is non-transferable from owner and original owner must have the original receipt for warranty claim.
Unsolicited returns to Amahi Ukuleles or any of its authorized dealers will not be accepted. Items purchased via authorized dealers will need to contact the dealer directly.
